Second Love

Second Love chapter 14

“My leg hurts…I want you to comfort me….”

Let’s rewind the timeline to four years ago.

It was a day with heavy rain, so Cheng Huai intentionally left work early to go home and be with Jiang Yun. The moment he opened the door lock with his keys, the first thing that entered his nostrils was an overly strong fragrance of a rose perfume. For a moment, he thought his dear Jiang Jiang accidentally broke a bottle of perfume. Upon this speculation, his first reaction was to worry that Jiang Yun might have injured his hands on the glass shards.

“Baby?” Cheng Huai changed his shoes while scanning the living room but couldn’t find Jiang Yun. He placed the file bag in his hand on the console by the entrance and walked towards the bedroom, wearing the couple’s slippers.

On one side of the double bed, a small mound rose, revealing a round back of Jiang Yun’s head as he lay with his back to the bedroom door, seemingly asleep.

This was the second suspicious point.

Cheng Huai pondered silently; Jiang Yun wouldn’t go to bed this early. The first suspicious point was the strong perfume smell when he entered because Cheng Huai’s Forbidden Zone Rose perfume was safely stored in the bedroom.

“Jiang Jiang?” Cheng Huai approached the bed, sat down beside Jiang Yun, and called his name softly, worried that he might have a fever. Cheng Huai’s right hand rested on Jiang Yun’s forehead, checking his temperature, which was normal.

Jiang Yun closed his eyes, feeling his heart pounding. He pretended to be asleep; he couldn’t wake up immediately. So, he pretended to be still asleep and made a vague, complaining murmur, as if upset about Cheng Huai disturbing his dreams.

“Baby, are you asleep?” Cheng Huai, pretending not to notice, gently touched Jiang Yun’s earlobes, pinching his cute earlobes with his thumb and forefinger. The person who was “asleep” blushed rapidly at the roots of his ears, and his cheeks had a faint blush.

Continuing the act of not knowing, Cheng Huai reached into his clothes, teasing him.

“Mmm…” Jiang Yun’s body trembled uncontrollably. He slowly opened his eyes, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. His warm little hand grabbed Cheng Huai’s restless hand.

“Cheng Huai, you’re back~” Jiang Yun said very obediently.

“Yeah, I finished work early today.” Cheng Huai bent down, and their noses touched, maintaining a very intimate posture. Their breaths silently teased each other, and they exchanged a shallow kiss in the process. Jiang Yun wanted to keep it light, but Cheng Huai clearly had no intention of easily letting go of this sweet treat. His hand slid into Jiang Yun’s coral velvet pajamas, and his slender fingers glided over Jiang Yun’s smooth back, causing every inch to tingle as if an electric current had passed through.

Steadily lifting Jiang Yun’s back, Cheng Huai heard a comfortable hum from the person in his arms, like a content cat. Suddenly, he felt a bit dry in his mouth. Cheng Huai slowly caressed Jiang Yun’s spine along the coccyx bone, gradually moving down…

“Um!” Jiang Yun knew what Cheng Huai wanted to do. He suddenly came to his senses, pushed Cheng Huai hand away, and said, “Not today, okay? I’m a bit tired…” His lips were moist, slightly tilting his head, looking at Cheng Huai with a hint of grievance. To make this statement sound more convincing, he hooked Cheng Huai’s neck, gently touched his cheek along his jawline, and actively gave him a fragrant kiss.

“Okay.”

Okay?!

He agreed just like that?! Jiang Yun felt that Cheng Huai tonight was a bit too easygoing. Clearly, every time before, when engaging in intimate activities, Cheng Huai would seize every opportunity, wanting to devour him. Even though he had called him Husband, Ge, he still wouldn’t let him go. After sucking him off, he would sneakily take advantage of his dizziness after release to secretly top him several times.

Humph! He knew it!

Because he was Detective Jiang Jiang!

After saying this, Cheng Huai let go of Jiang Yun, covered him with a blanket, and neatly tucked in the corners. Then, Jiang Yun heard the rustling sound of Cheng Huai taking off his coat, followed by the gradually receding footsteps.

Soon, the sound of rushing water came from the bathroom.

After Cheng Huai finished showering and got into bed with Jiang Yun, ready to sleep, Jiang Yun thought that tonight would go smoothly according to his plan.

Before getting into bed, Cheng Huai adjusted the bedroom air conditioner to 26 degrees on the touchscreen display. After getting into bed, he tightly hugged Jiang Yun, who was wearing a complete set of coral velvet pajamas. His face buried in Jiang Yun’s neck, Cheng Huai’s warm breath echoed in Jiang Yun’s ears.

How could anyone sleep like this…

“Cheng Huai…” Jiang Yun’s breath was a bit heavy. His forehead was already sweating, and it was hot. But he couldn’t take off his clothes… Jiang Yun pouted, with a pitiful face turned towards Cheng Huai, “I’m a bit hot, can you loosen up a bit…”

“Hot? I think it’s just right.” Cheng Huai suppressed a smile, intentionally going against Jiang Yun.

Jiang Yun awkwardly smiled, not saying anything more.

Ten minutes later…

“Cheng Huai, I’m hot…” Jiang Yun’s hand pushed away cautiously, but didn’t move it.

“I’ll go get you a thinner set of pajamas.” Cheng Huai’s voice sounded a bit hoarse, as if he had just woken up from being disturbed by Jiang Yun. Lazy and magnetic.

“Um…”

Changing clothes would be fine. He could change under the blanket later, and Cheng Huai wouldn’t see it. Jiang Yun schemed in his mind.

After Cheng Huai brought back a short-sleeved and thin pair of long pants, he habitually went to help Jiang Yun unbutton his pajamas. Actually, these things were not difficult for Jiang Yun, but Cheng Huai was used to taking care of him.

“I, I can do it myself…” Jiang Yun hesitated, quickly took off his pajamas, put on a clean and refreshing cotton T-shirt while sitting, and covered his legs with the thin pants. He was still sitting and had pulled the blanket to cover his waist when Cheng Huai returned. He intended to change under the blanket, forgetting that he had wounds on his legs. Cheng Huai suddenly lifted the blanket.

Jiang Yun only felt a chill on his legs. The next second, he wanted to grab the blanket, but Cheng Huai’s strength was too strong. The whole process was eerily quiet and a bit frightening. Cheng Huai didn’t say a word.

The bedroom light had been on from the beginning. Jiang Yun, being completely blind, obviously couldn’t feel it or notice it, but Cheng Huai had been pretending to be asleep since he entered the room.

His fair and slender legs were exposed like this. Both knees had obvious bruises, and one of the legs had a scraped wound, making the pink injury particularly striking.

Jiang Yun tightly bit his lips, lowered his head, and used his pants to cover his legs, hiding the bruises and scars. His fingertips turned slightly red, and suddenly his nose began to feel sour.

“Sprayed perfume to cover the smell?” Cheng Huai, after a silent pause of more than ten seconds, asked.

Jiang Yun’s body stiffened. “Um…”

Cheng Huai took a deep breath, and then Jiang Yun felt the bed, which had sunk down before, gradually rising a bit. “Don’t go…” Panicking, Jiang Yun crawled from the head to the foot of the bed. Completely forgetting about the wounds on his legs, he stepped on the mattress three steps as if to jump off the bed and chase Cheng Huai.

Then, in the next second, he landed steadily in Cheng Huai’s arms…

In fact, Cheng Huai didn’t leave. He just got off the bed, walked to the foot of the bed, expecting this little fool to rush over in a hurry. The moment Jiang Yun jumped off the bed, he accurately caught him.

What kind of feeling was this? Jiang Yun thought he would collide with a hard stone, but he didn’t expect it to be a fluffy cotton candy. All defenses and disguises collapsed in Cheng Huai’s embrace. Jiang Yun’s slender arms tightly hugged Cheng Huai’s neck, and inadvertently, his lips met Cheng Huai’s. Tears uncontrollably flowed down.

“I never considered you as a disabled person, Jiang Jiang.” Cheng Huai’s fingertip gently wiped away the tears, “Isn’t it normal to fall down? Or is it that you never considered me your husband?”

“No, I didn’t want you to worry. ..” Jiang Yun’s voice was filled with a strong sob.

“How do you feel?”

Jiang Yun hugged him a bit tighter, nuzzled his head in Cheng Huai’s arms, and said, “My leg hurts… I want you to comfort me…”
