Evil Love Appears

Evil Love Appears chapter 34

In the late hours of the night, the hospital was very quiet, and even the usually bustling outpatient department had very few patients.

Xu Jiale carried Fu Xiaoyu inside, and as soon as the nurse saw this disheveled alpha and the intensely fragrant omega, she didn’t wait for Xu Jiale to speak and asked directly, “Is the omega in pain? Is he in heat?”

“Yes, yes…”

Xu Jiale took several breaths, still catching his breath. He could only nod vigorously.

“Use the fast track, no need to register.” The nurse quickly typed a few words on the computer and then pointed to a corridor on the side.

In situations like this late at night, the hospital had established procedures to provide the fastest care for the painful omegas. Both the doctors and nurses were very professional and skilled in handling such cases.

Fu Xiaoyu’s pain was intense, so after a quick examination, the doctor immediately asked the nurse to prepare an injection.

“This is an A-level omega; you need to increase the dosage a bit,” the female alpha doctor instructed the nurse before lowering her head to comfort Fu Xiaoyu, who was lying on the examination bed. “This is an injection to temporarily stop the heat, with pain relief. After the injection, your heat will end quickly, and you won’t be in such discomfort.”

“Okay…”

Fu Xiaoyu’s nose was covered in sweat, and he should have felt reassured, but when he heard the phrase “heat will end quickly,” his mood suddenly dropped.

He knew that once the heat ended, he and Xu Jiale would have no reason to stay together.

When preparing for the injection, the doctor looked at the examination report and asked Xu Jiale, “How many times did you knot with him during this heat? Hey? Sir?”

“Ah!” Xu Jiale was originally watching the nurse with the large needle. He only realized when the doctor raised her voice, “Five times…”

“Five times in two days?” The doctor frowned.

Fu Xiaoyu, who was on the side, received a quick injection and let out a muffled groan as he turned his head. However, he was resilient. Although he couldn’t hold back at first, he became quiet when the nurse continued to administer the medication.

The doctor, who was a female alpha, noticed the determination of this A-level omega and glanced at him for a few more seconds. She checked the records and turned to Xu Jiale, saying, “This is his first time, right? You should know the importance of restraint.”

Her tone clearly carried a hint of reproach.

Xu Jiale was momentarily at a loss for words.

An alpha who knew that it was an omega’s first time but still initiated five bonds within two days.

It was really outrageous.

“No, it’s not his fault. I… I wanted it all along,” Fu Xiaoyu hurriedly replied.

Although it was an embarrassing admission, he certainly wouldn’t allow Xu Jiale to bear this accusation by himself

Fu Xiaoyu had just received an injection, and his arm still ached. When he tried to put on his clothes, he couldn’t lift it and ended up sitting somewhat awkwardly on the examination bed.

Xu Jiale, who had just been scolded, remained silent and began to help Fu Xiaoyu put on his clothes.

He was very patient, being particularly cautious when slipping the sleeves past the injection site.

“Mr. Fu, your situation is a bit unusual. A-level omegas usually have a very precise and healthy heat cycle. But this time, your heat not only started early but was also too intense. This is really rare for an A-level omega. The examination report doesn’t show anything strange for now, which is puzzling. So, after the injection, you should start feeling better in a while. However, I’d like to keep you here for observation for a day. I’ll book a room for you directly from the system. Get your alpha to take you up, and then we’ll complete the admission process. Is that okay?” the doctor explained.

“That’s fine…” Xu Jiale hesitated for a moment and added, “Doctor, please arrange the best room for us. I need to stay here with him overnight.”

Fu Xiaoyu, who had been pale and motionless, suddenly raised his head upon hearing the doctor and Xu Jiale’s conversation. There was a glimmer of light in his round eyes.

The female doctor glanced at the two of them and finally softened her tone. “Alright. Also, make sure to prepare some food for him. He shouldn’t go to sleep on an empty stomach after the injection; it might upset his stomach.”

“Understood…” Xu Jiale replied in a low voice.

The nurse prepared a wheelchair for them.

On the way to the hospital room, Xu Jiale didn’t say much. However, when he saw a small supermarket about to close at the hospital, he suddenly rushed inside and ordered a large cup of hot tea for Fu Xiaoyu, as well as a bag of oranges.

“Fu Xiaoyu, eat some oranges to fill your stomach for now,” Xu Jiale placed the bag of oranges on Fu Xiaoyu’s lap. “I’ll take care of the admission process later and get you some more food.”

Fu Xiaoyu obediently agreed and peeled an orange, then turned and handed a slice to Xu Jiale.

“You eat,” Xu Jiale said absentmindedly. He was clearly preoccupied. After all, he had been with many omegas, but this was the first time he had brought someone to the hospital and faced such criticism from the doctor. It was not something to be proud of.

Fu Xiaoyu lowered his head and pushed an orange slice into his mouth.

It’s very sweet…

Fu Xiaoyu admitted to himself that he was a bit strange.

But that feeling was as if, after a wild celebration, when they were about to part with reluctance and deep emptiness, someone suddenly decided to continue the party late at night. He instantly felt elated.

Even if it was a continuation in the hospital?

This was indeed a very childish thought, and Fu Xiaoyu knew that he had to hide this feeling secretly.

Gradually, the pain in his lower abdomen began to subside, and his body relaxed. Even the sweet oranges, which he didn’t usually like, tasted quite good.

He even felt a bit hungry and wanted to have a late-night snack with Xu Jiale.

After settling Fu Xiaoyu in the hospital room, Xu Jiale rushed to the first floor without even stopping to have tea.

As he was swiping his card at the counter and holding the admission paperwork, he felt a tap on his shoulder from behind.

“Xu Jiale!”

When he turned around, he saw Wen Ke and Han Jiangque standing in front of him.

What the hell?

He suddenly felt his face turning a bit hot. “Why are you two here?”

In the past two days, Wen Ke had called him several times, and Han Jiangque had called Fu Xiaoyu several times, but they hadn’t answered any of the calls. They had only sent a brief message on WeChat to let them know they were safe.

Being out of contact for two days and then unexpectedly running into them at the hospital was incredibly awkward.

“I came to get an IV…” Wen Ke smiled and showed him the back of his hand with the band-aid, then immediately asked, “Hey, Xu Jiale, what are you doing at the hospital? We’ve been calling you for the past few days. Where’s Xiaoyu?”

Xu Jiale’s mind raced, but before he could come up with a perfect answer, the hospital staff at the counter spoke up, “Your admission procedures are done. Your omega is in Room 207, right? You can go up to accompany him directly.”

This sentence was heard by Han Jiangque, who was standing beside Wen Ke. “Who’s hospitalized? Is it Xiaoyu?”

Xu Jiale, who wasn’t a fan of lying, reluctantly responded, “Yes.”

The reason for admission was clear and straightforward on the report: Pain due to the excessive intensity during the heat period; observation in the hospital for one night.

“Xu Jiale!”

When Han Jiangque lifted his head, his face was nearly livid. “What have you done to Xiaoyu?!”

He yelled and rushed toward Xu Jiale, grabbing his shoulders and pressing him against the wall.

Han Jiangque stood at a towering height of 192 cm, and the force with which he charged was terrifying. The overpowering scent of alcohol like pheromones still emanated from him. It was a force that made it nearly impossible to entertain any thoughts of resistance.

But Xu Jiale exploded in an instant.

“Han Jiangque, are you out of your mind?” He delivered a heavy punch to Han Jiangque’s face.

Han Jiangque, who held the amateur boxing championship belt, had probably never imagined that someone would dare to throw a punch at him.

However, Xu Jiale was fearless. Despite his outward appearance of mildness and laziness, he was remarkably ferocious when he was provoked.

After landing a punch, Xu Jiale still wasn’t satisfied. He immediately delivered a powerful kick to Han Jiangque.

The impact was so great that Han Jiangque couldn’t help but feel a great deal of discomfort in his sensitive area.

Han Jiangque in turn retaliated by almost tearing off Xu Jiale’s clothes. The sweater’s neckline was pulled wide open, revealing bite marks and suck marks on Xu Jiale’s collarbone. This sight further fueled Han Jiangque’s anger, and he struck Xu Jiale’s face with a punch.

Xu Jiale’s eyes turned a fierce shade of red, and the two alphas grappled for a few more seconds. Suddenly, a loud voice rang out from a nurse at the counter, “What are you two doing? Do I need to call the police?”

Wen Ke, who had been stunned on the side, finally reacted and quickly joined the commotion. He bent over, grabbed Han Jiangque’s collar, and stepped over. Xu Jiale was turning his head to the side when Wen Ke kicked him hard on the nose bridge.

“Damn it…”

Xu Jiale heard the sound of shattering glass in his ear, and he felt a sting in his nose. Tears welled up in his eyes, and he almost cried.

Of course, it wasn’t because of the pain, but rather a physiological reaction to being kicked in the nose.

His vision suddenly became blurry. He reached up to touch his face, realizing that his glasses had probably been knocked off by Wen Ke. He was extremely nearsighted, with about 500 degrees of myopia, and now he couldn’t see clearly.

Wen Ke…

He had to suspect that this old friend of his did it on purpose.

Wen Ke spoke in a serious tone, “No more fighting. Han Jiangque, stop glaring, hurry upstairs and check on Xiaoyu.”

This statement carried a lot of weight, and Han Jiangque apparently had no intention of staying there any longer. He turned and rushed towards the staircase.

Xu Jiale wanted to follow but stopped once more due to his blurred vision. He had to crouch down and fumble on the ground for a while before finally finding the mostly broken frame of his eyeglasses.

“Damn it…”

Xu Jiale tossed the eyeglass frame into a nearby trash can and then slowly followed behind Han Jiangque and Wen Ke, his anger still burning within him.
